Developed for concerts, festivals, fairs, and corporate events, the Mobile Stage Trailer offers a fast, practical, and professional stage solution thanks to its portable structure.
The order is finalized after the customer approves the product specifications and price quote. For custom-made products, the production process begins upon receipt of the down payment.
Payment plans can be structured as follows: 50% upfront payment and 50% before delivery , or 30% upfront payment and 70% before delivery . Delivery will be made after the remaining payment is completed.
Ready-to-eat products are prepared for delivery within 1-3 business days after the order and payment processes are completed.
The delivery time for custom-made products is approximately 25–45 days from project approval. Subsequent changes to the project may affect the delivery time.
Products can be picked up from the factory, or a paid delivery service can be provided upon request. The delivery cost will be calculated separately based on the delivery address.
Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects for two years from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers the product's support system, frame, electrical and water installations installed by the manufacturer, door and window mechanisms, and manufactured fixed furniture and equipment.
Devices and equipment obtained from third parties are subject to the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer or supplier.
The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from user error, misuse, overloading, accidents, impacts, natural disasters, inadequate maintenance, wear and tear from normal use, unauthorized intervention, or subsequent modifications.
To be eligible for warranty service, the malfunction must be reported to our company promptly; the product's invoice, serial or chassis number, along with photos and videos showing the malfunction, must be provided. A technical inspection will determine whether the malfunction is covered under warranty.
For ready-made products , consumers may request a cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in a condition suitable for resale. The return request must be submitted to our company in writing, along with the invoice and order information. The return process will begin after the product has been inspected by our company.
Products manufactured to specific dimensions according to customer requests, and personalized in terms of interior layout, color, exterior finish, logo, technical infrastructure, or equipment, are considered custom-made . In accordance with regulations, these products, prepared according to the customer's requests, are not eligible for cancellation or return.
For custom orders, cancellation requests made after project approval and commencement of production are evaluated taking into account completed production, materials used, equipment supplied, and services rendered.
The product should be inspected upon delivery; any visible damage or deficiencies should be recorded on the delivery receipt. Problems believed to be related to manufacturing or delivery should be reported to our company promptly, along with photographs and videos.
The consumer reserves the right to exercise their optional rights under applicable legislation regarding faulty, defective, or products that do not conform to the order specifications. For orders placed for commercial or professional purposes, the sales contract signed between the parties and related commercial provisions shall apply.
