WHAT IS PLAY ZONE?

Play Zone is a portable, mobile children's play unit developed for use in events, festivals, and commercial spaces.

WHERE CAN IT BE USED?

The parking lots can be used in shopping malls, festival areas, holiday resorts, municipal events, private businesses, and seasonal organizations. Permission from the site owner and relevant authorities may be required for use.

WHICH AGE GROUPS IS IT SUITABLE FOR?

The target age group is determined at the start of the project. The interior layout, playground equipment, and safety measures are planned according to the selected age group.

HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN USE IT AT THE SAME TIME?

User capacity is determined on a project basis, taking into account the indoor layout, selected play equipment, and target age group. The determined capacity must not be exceeded.

CAN THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESIGN BE PERSONALIZED?

Yes. The exterior cladding, colors, graphics, game theme, interior layout, and equipment options can be customized to match your business concept.

IS AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTION REQUIRED?

A proper, grounded electrical connection is required for lighting, air conditioning, cameras, or electronic gaming equipment to function. Power requirements are determined according to the selected equipment.

HOW TO INSTALL?

The product is positioned on a flat and stable surface; the wheels are locked and the legs are extended. After completing the electrical connection and safety checks, it is ready for use.

SHOULD A SUPERVISOR BE PRESENT DURING USE?

Yes. To ensure the safety of children, control user capacity, and maintain the order of the playground, adult supervision must be provided throughout the usage period.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS?

The enclosed and insulated hull structure provides an advantage for use in different seasons. However, it should not be operated in extreme winds, heavy rainfall, and adverse weather conditions without a safety assessment.

IS A LICENSE REQUIRED?

Licensing and permit requirements may vary depending on the place of use, the model of operation, and local government practices. Information should be obtained from the relevant municipality or authority prior to installation.

CAN THE PRODUCT BE MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION?

Yes. Prior to transport, playground equipment and moving parts must be secured; electrical connections must be disconnected, outriggers folded down, and road safety checks completed.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Play Zone is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. User errors, unauthorized modifications, and actions contrary to the terms of use are not covered by the warranty.

The certification and licensing process for Play Zone Mobile Playground is evaluated based on the product's technical specifications, play equipment, intended use, and operating model.

Product technical documentation and project-related documents will be shared according to the delivery contents. Suitability of the game equipment, installation safety, and necessary inspection procedures will be planned separately according to the selected equipment.

The product may require permission from the relevant authority or a business opening and operating license to be operated at festivals, shopping malls, resorts, municipal events, private property, or public areas. Technical documents related to the product do not substitute for an operating license.

Since local regulations may vary, it is recommended to check current requirements with the municipality or relevant authority in the area where the product will be placed before ordering. Obtaining operating permits and ensuring necessary checks are carried out during the usage period is the responsibility of the operator.

For Play Zone to be used safely and efficiently, the installation area must be properly prepared, the product must be secured, and all pre-use checks must be completed thoroughly.

INSTALLATION AREA

• The product must be positioned on a flat, stable surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity.

• The outriggers should be extended, the wheels locked, and the unit's balance checked.

• Entry, exit, and emergency evacuation areas must always be kept clear.

• The electrical connection must be provided from a grounded network suitable for the product's power requirements.

SAFE USE

• The playground should only be used in accordance with the specified age group and user capacity.

• Children must be under the supervision of adult staff while using the facility.

• Playground equipment, flooring, and connection points should be checked before each use.

• Damaged or unsafe equipment should not be used until it is repaired.

• No flammable, sharp, or potentially hazardous materials should be stored inside the unit.

• Cleaning, ventilation, and periodic maintenance should be performed regularly.

PRE-TRANSPORT INSPECTION

Before transport, the electrical connection must be disconnected; doors, windows, play equipment, and moving parts must be securely fastened. The outriggers must be fully folded down, and the trailer connections must be checked.

PERMIT AND OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

For use in festivals, shopping malls, resorts, municipal events, or private areas, the necessary permits must be obtained by the operator. The required safety, operational, and compliance documents may vary depending on the location and type of activity.

The order is finalized after the customer approves the product specifications and price quote. For custom-made products, the production process begins upon receipt of the down payment.

Payment plans can be structured as follows: 50% upfront payment and 50% before delivery , or 30% upfront payment and 70% before delivery . Delivery will be made after the remaining payment is completed.

Ready-to-eat products are prepared for delivery within 1-3 business days after the order and payment processes are completed.

The delivery time for custom-made products is approximately 25–45 days from project approval. Subsequent changes to the project may affect the delivery time.

Products can be picked up from the factory, or a paid delivery service can be provided upon request. The delivery cost will be calculated separately based on the delivery address.

Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects for two years from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers the product's support system, frame, electrical and water installations installed by the manufacturer, door and window mechanisms, and manufactured fixed furniture and equipment.

Devices and equipment obtained from third parties are subject to the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer or supplier.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from user error, misuse, overloading, accidents, impacts, natural disasters, inadequate maintenance, wear and tear from normal use, unauthorized intervention, or subsequent modifications.

To be eligible for warranty service, the malfunction must be reported to our company promptly; the product's invoice, serial or chassis number, along with photos and videos showing the malfunction, must be provided. A technical inspection will determine whether the malfunction is covered under warranty.

For ready-made products , consumers may request a cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in a condition suitable for resale. The return request must be submitted to our company in writing, along with the invoice and order information. The return process will begin after the product has been inspected by our company.

Products manufactured to specific dimensions according to customer requests, and personalized in terms of interior layout, color, exterior finish, logo, technical infrastructure, or equipment, are considered custom-made . In accordance with regulations, these products, prepared according to the customer's requests, are not eligible for cancellation or return.

For custom orders, cancellation requests made after project approval and commencement of production are evaluated taking into account completed production, materials used, equipment supplied, and services rendered.

The product should be inspected upon delivery; any visible damage or deficiencies should be recorded on the delivery receipt. Problems believed to be related to manufacturing or delivery should be reported to our company promptly, along with photographs and videos.

The consumer reserves the right to exercise their optional rights under applicable legislation regarding faulty, defective, or products that do not conform to the order specifications. For orders placed for commercial or professional purposes, the sales contract signed between the parties and related commercial provisions shall apply.
