The products are delivered with the necessary compliance documents according to the vehicle class. The scope of the registration is specified before ordering.

Can I sell everywhere?

It can be used in private businesses and event areas with the permission of the area management. In public areas, permission must be obtained from the municipality and relevant institutions.

Are kitchen equipment included in the price?

Equipment scope varies depending on the selected production package. All equipment included in the price is specified in the quotation form.

Can I change the interior layout?

Can the exterior design be customized specifically for our brand?

Is there electricity and water infrastructure?

Which vehicle can tow a mobile kitchen?

The towing vehicle's capacity must be suitable for the total weight of the product, its registration class, and legal towing limits.

What is the production time?

Ready-made products are prepared for delivery within 1-3 business days. The average production time for custom-made products is 25-45 days.

Are the products guaranteed?

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing and assembly defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.

Our mobile kitchen and Tiny House products are certified according to vehicle class and technical specifications. The chassis number, conformity certificate, and necessary technical documents for registration are delivered with the product.

The product's O1 or O2 class is determined by its dimensions, weight, and technical specifications. For export orders, the necessary COC, EUR.1, and other export documents can be prepared according to the product scope.

Municipal, zoning, settlement, business opening, mobile sales and food operation permits may vary depending on the location of use. Obtaining these permits from the relevant authorities is the customer's responsibility.

To ensure safe and efficient use of your mobile kitchen, it is essential that the product is installed on the correct surface, the plumbing connections are properly made, and pre-transport checks are completed.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

• The product must be positioned on a flat, stable surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity.

• The handbrake should be engaged, wheel chocks should be deployed, and the outriggers should be extended so that they are in full contact with the ground.

• Sufficient space must be left for the service window and entrance door to open safely.

ELECTRICITY, WATER AND GAS CONNECTIONS

• The electrical connection must be provided from a grounded network suitable for the product's power requirements.

• Clean water and wastewater connections should be checked for leaks before use.

• Installation and connection of gas equipment must be carried out by authorized personnel.

• Ventilation, hood and fire safety equipment must be kept in working order throughout the period of use.

DURING USE

• The product's carrying capacity must not be exceeded, and equipment layout must be maintained in accordance with the production plan.

• With the service window open, ensure that the fastening mechanisms are securely in place.

• Unauthorized tampering with electrical, water, and gas installations is prohibited.

• Cleaning and periodic maintenance procedures should be performed regularly.

PRE-TRANSPORT INSPECTION

Before moving, service windows, doors, and cabinets must be completely closed; movable equipment must be secured. Electrical, water, and gas connections must be disconnected, outriggers must be fully retracted, and trailer couplings must be checked.

PERMIT AND OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

For use in festivals, events, shopping malls, private properties, or public spaces, the necessary permits and operating licenses must be obtained from the relevant authority. The required documents may vary depending on the location of use, type of activity, and municipal regulations.

The order is finalized after the customer approves the product specifications and price quote. For custom-made products, the production process begins upon receipt of the down payment.

Payment plans can be structured as follows: 50% upfront payment and 50% before delivery , or 30% upfront payment and 70% before delivery . Delivery will be made after the remaining payment is completed.

Ready-to-eat products are prepared for delivery within 1-3 business days after the order and payment processes are completed.

The delivery time for custom-made products is approximately 25–45 days from project approval. Subsequent changes to the project may affect the delivery time.

Products can be picked up from the factory, or a paid delivery service can be provided upon request. The delivery cost will be calculated separately based on the delivery address.

Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects for two years from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers the product's support system, frame, electrical and water installations installed by the manufacturer, door and window mechanisms, and manufactured fixed furniture and equipment.

Devices and equipment obtained from third parties are subject to the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer or supplier.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from user error, misuse, overloading, accidents, impacts, natural disasters, inadequate maintenance, wear and tear from normal use, unauthorized intervention, or subsequent modifications.

To be eligible for warranty service, the malfunction must be reported to our company promptly; the product's invoice, serial or chassis number, along with photos and videos showing the malfunction, must be provided. A technical inspection will determine whether the malfunction is covered under warranty.

For ready-made products , consumers may request a cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in a condition suitable for resale. The return request must be submitted to our company in writing, along with the invoice and order information. The return process will begin after the product has been inspected by our company.

Products manufactured to specific dimensions according to customer requests, and personalized in terms of interior layout, color, exterior finish, logo, technical infrastructure, or equipment, are considered custom-made . In accordance with regulations, these products, prepared according to the customer's requests, are not eligible for cancellation or return.

For custom orders, cancellation requests made after project approval and commencement of production are evaluated taking into account completed production, materials used, equipment supplied, and services rendered.

The product should be inspected upon delivery; any visible damage or deficiencies should be recorded on the delivery receipt. Problems believed to be related to manufacturing or delivery should be reported to our company promptly, along with photographs and videos.

The consumer reserves the right to exercise their optional rights under applicable legislation regarding faulty, defective, or products that do not conform to the order specifications. For orders placed for commercial or professional purposes, the sales contract signed between the parties and related commercial provisions shall apply.
